Do Not Use this florist! I ordered an arrangement based on one shown on their website & it was not even close to the design, the size and the colors of the flowers were substituted. Their website states "100% satisfaction guaranteed", however, when you call to complain you are greeted with rudeness, you are wrong, they are right, if you don't like our flowers then we don't need you as a customer, then they hang up on you. They do not have a clue regarding customer service. I also made 5 or 6 calls over the course of 2 weeks in an attempt to resolve,, clearly the owner was avoiding me. Filed a claim w/bank, filed a formal claim with the Better Business Bureau & posting to Facebook. I had to give 1 star to post but I wouldn't truly give them any portion of 1 star!

I ordered flowers 8 days before they were due to be delivered. The arrangement I chose was a small bunch of orange roses accentuated by purple asters in a short rounded vase. AN arrangement was delivered to the address and recipient I chose on the date arranged. Unfortunately, the flowers that arrived were not what I had ordered. The flowers received were tall yellow roses,yellow daylilys and ferns in a tall vase. I contacted the seller and kindly expressed my concerns, they said they'd have to "get back with me". The recipient of the flowers also emailed the seller a picture of the flowers. In truth, the flowers were beautiful and fresh. They simply were not what I ordered. To date, the seller has not yet called me back to discuss the issue as they said they would. If the website had advertised that they were in the business of taking $60 and sending your loved-one "something" nice, I would not be upset. Based on this poor customer service, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Ordered my wife flower's for Valentine's Day. Wife never got flowers and I had to go get a bank statement (which they made me get but refused to refund my money for having to get it.), then had to drive 20 miles just to talk to very rude people who said next day money is in mail. We'll see. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
