Terrible customer service. Was in store for 25 minutes before someone came out of back room and when they did they we're very rude. This happens a lot. Many people complain about not being able to shop until sales person comes out of back. Then when you try to call to get them out the phone line is busy. Robby comes out zipping up his pants and Kbrina comes out after him. Manager(the one that wears glasses) is courteous but Kbrina is very rude. I asked her about a particular shoe one time, she was on phone, didn't respond to me and walked into the back and got Robby who assisted me. I will not shop here anymore unless manager is working. Refuse to be mistreated when spending my hard earned money.
