I would like to report a store that has consistently overcharged the customer. For example, I had two items to buy. Both were Bigelow Teas. Both were marked on the shelf at $2.79 normally. At this time one was marked down to $1.79. At checkout, the one that should have been $2.79 rang up $3.99, and the one that was on sale for $1.79 rang up at $3.79. When asked to check out the prices, the clerk went back to the shelve to check the prices. In the mean time management came and took me out of the waiting line to solve the problem. Another one got involved to check the prices again. It was not resolved and there was no apology. I left because it was taking too long to get the prices corrected. This is common practice at this store. I don’t plan to shop there again, but think other people should be warned and protected from overcharging. Also, most of the people that work there are very rude and refuse to help.
