Just got a call from Daniel Tross my service advisor at AutoNation Ford Tustin. He was following up on the service I received the previous week for my 2015 Ford Escape. I came into the service island without an appointment and asked if they had a time for me to get an oil change and an overall inspection. Dan said that would not be a problem and he was correct. I was out of there within an hour with an oil change and a clean bill of health, ( and a clean car, they had time to wash it ) for my Escape. My primary estimate was under $50 and I left the dealership with the final expense of $49.95 plus tax. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I actually enjoyed sitting in the customer service area chatting with other Ford customers. Keep up the good work! (9/22/16)
