I have been going to Bentley's for many years, and I have always had good experiences from here. The staff always listened to my needs and wants, they never pushed me to do something I wasn't comfortable with, and they made sure I was happy with the result. Though Tustin is almost an hour drive from me, I cannot find a reason why I shouldn't come back here when all other beauty salons I have been to in my life time never satisfied me.

I too was given this salon as a recommendation. This salon is great if you want to listen to a bunch of hens cackle about everything from their STDs to whoevers not present in the room. You can tell by the lack of clothes and over usage of make up these females are not secure in themselves and find that belittling others will make themselves seem better. My hair dresser seemed more interested in her own looks and what everyone else was doing around her than my customer service. I was not thrilled with the color and ive definately had better cuts. Seeing some of the colors on the "stylist", including hers, was enough to scare people away. I definately could not suggest this salon to even my worst enemy. I could not stand one more minute of the useless gossip going on around me! I won't be back in this lifetime!!!!
