I have been going to The Button Box for a few years now. Against my better judgement, I continue to give my business to the tailor at The Button Box. He is very rude, condescending, arrogant and mean. I have told him on several occasions that he should be nicer to his customers, but he does not care and tells you to go somewhere else. However, his work is very professional and inexpensive. His shop is very convenient for me. It does pain me to give him my business when he is so rude, but until I find someone with the same skills at the same prices, I will just ignore his mean personality. I guess he just wins.

I went to this shop and was met by the rudest man I have encountered in a long time. Maybe just a bad day?? No, I asked him some questions about his work and his reaction was hostile. He said that I won't be happy with his work and to go someplace else. I did and now I am very happy. Go to Angelo's down the street!
