We had a four day deadline to screen the fire-destroyed "Jabberwocky Building" in Tustin before we could demo. The building, constructed in 1885 was added on-to during WWI and WWII was an 80% fire loss in 2012. Cardinal came out immediately and did a comprehnensive tox screen and provided a completed report within three days that satisfied AQMD and the City of Tustin that there were no hazardous substances in the burned building shell.
