I have learned how to study the right way and I have also learned why I have not been able to learn in the past. The course I took helped me understand how people learn and why they do not when weird words are thrown at them. This will help me in the future as I go to college and learn more in the office.

I feel more competent to do my job now which is to manage the office. I feel able to correctly see and handle situations before they become major problems. It has helped us determine good staff and reward them and to get rid of any staff that keeps statistics down.

I received a tremendous amount from the study course. I am going to use it and integrate it in my day to day life. The biggest thing I got out of it was an awareness of how crucial it is to teach this to children and integrate it into education.

Studying this course has given me the tools to take a patient from, in pain and despair, to knowing that we can solve their problems. The course empowered me to close the patient on their needed care plan and have it be their choice happily. This course, when used correctly in my office is going to change thousands of lives. It is also going to generate finances for the survival of my practice and the prosperity of my family.

I learned how to break down my time to a formula, so I stay on track, am efficient and I produce. I have learned multiple ways to get new patients in, different events, referral programs and have practiced scripts to be confident when talking out in general public. This course really gave me the motivation and scripts to go back to the office and produce.

I have realized the importance of the way I learn information. I am now, through this course on study, able to see the huge importance of the meanings of words and how big of an impact a wrongly or misunderstood word can have. I truly believe I will continue to use these skills for the rest of my life.

This course built my confidence in positioning myself with the patients. I learned many new tools for building weekly patient visits. There were a lot of new tools for me to use that I was unaware of.

Excellent information, it tells you what an executive is made of, how he handles things and his basic fundamental job is to get things done. Sometimes I do not know what to do first, my priorities seem to fall out and I end up doing instead of seeing that things get done. That is not the way to go.

I have a ton of work to do. What an excellent course. I happen to be the finance office of our office and am finally aware of what that entails. This is an excellent course and it really helps you to manage money.

This is probably the best course yet for me. I have come to the realization that I have an office with a ton of unnecessary traffic. There are stops and blocks all over the place. It not only takes organization, but it takes persistence to make sure all of this is implemented. The more cycles of action and office completes, the greater the power.

By completing this course, I feel that I now have the tools to go back to my office and increase efficiency. My staff will be fully trained and will be able to perform their jobs in an ethical manner and unnecessary work will decrease. By using statistics, I will know when an employee should be rewarded and promoted. I will also be able to apply proper conditions formulas to keep the good statics going up and to bring the statistics that are down back up.

I have become much more confident with recalls, which was one of my weak points prior to coming here. I have also learned new dialogues to fall back on for situations I was having trouble with. I think it will be easier going forward.

I loved learning all of the techniques and study skills to be able to deal with all types of patients. I am very excited to put these skills to the test and hopefully increase our patient visits and keep each person on their recommended treatment plan.

I feel like during this course I have reeducated myself with patient education. I am super excited to use all the education tools with our practice. This course has given me more confidence to take my leadership role to the next level in the office.

It has been great to have the dedicated time to go through all the information provided in the front desk binder. Being able to see the whole picture all at once has really made it easy for me to see the whole flow at the front desk and all of their responsibilities and duties.

I completed the front desk course and now the marketing. Both have very obvious and instant benefits to how I will operate and how successful our clinic will be. In attending these courses, I have had numerous realizations. The untapped potential that is at our fingertips, the potential that I have to be successful and sincerely help people. That my success, the practice's success, and my dreams can be attained. I love the energy and inspiration that these events create.

I can now take my ROF that had become shorter and acute care based, but very ineffective for education and long-term, care, and replace it with a systematic, organized and reproducible educational tool. This will allow us to increase our patient visits with less stress in the process.

This course has tons of information that will help our practice with some realizations I didn't expect. Finding out that a lack of growth in some departments may not mean more workers in that area but help to take work off the executive.

This marketing course has given me tools that I can quickly and easily implement to bring new patients into my office. It helped me to overcome some of my fears that had prevented me from actively marketing in the past and it gave me the needed information to make my marketing efforts successful.

We had been struggling to implement our new roles in the office. We had the basic idea but were lacking the substance and directions. Weston and Joshua really tested and challenged me with drills making me think outside the box. The training is laid out point-blank as to what my specific role is. All doubts and second-guessing on my role in the office are gone, and I passed with flying colors. I cannot wait to get back in the office and put everything I learned to use to make our clinic boom.
