I recently went to David Douglas Salon for the first time. My nail technician, Robin, is now working there. It looks like an upscale salon and the people I saw there seemed friendly and professional. I have only had my nails done there so my comments will be about that service.

I go to Robin for pink and white acrylic nails and she does a great job. She is absolutely the best nail technician around. I had almost given up on having my nails done when I heard about Robin.

I mean how many times have you gone to a new nail tech and they do a good job the first time but when you go back for a fill, it goes downhill from there. That doesn't happen with Robin. And there's not all of those extra charges for gels (you don't need it), or trims and such. One charge covers it. Also she keeps an envelope with your name on it that contains your own personal nails files, etc., that is for you alone. And don't worry about running back for repairs either because you won't need any. Not unless you slam the car door on your finger...Ouch!!! I did exatly that, once........

I go in for a fill every two weeks and my nails look great. When I want them to shine I just rub them across a towel and they Sparkle......No gels or polishes needed.

I'm glad Robin is at David Douglas Salon now because they offer a lot of services there and if you like, you can make it a "spa day". Also it is next to Enderle Center which has several good restaurants so there is good food available anytime of the day.

Warning!!! If you go to Robin once, you will be hooked. I know I am. I'm willing to share her but only on my terms.

That means, "DON'T TAKE MY SPOT.......

Seriously though, she's the best at pink and whites and I definitely give her 5 Stars.
