Came in based on friends recommendations. Booked an appointment with a kind doctor but the problem was that the staff was just not on top of it. I felt like they only cared about my money. Once I paid, they waited until the day before surgery to give me a time and details. A little worried, afraid and panicky I called up the day before. The owner Leeber cussed me out on the phone and said terrible things to me. I was debating on getting a refund and going someplace else but the kind doctor made me calm down. Day of surgery, as I'm getting prepped and laying on the table, Leeber was in a rage in the hall, screaming that he wanted to leave early that day and he punched the wall. Each staff member I spoke to was worried and felt terrible and kept apologizing. It made me very fearful because of this outrageous temper. Where was the patient care or the empathy? This is scary enough a procedure without a menacing owner in a rage. I'm honestly afraid to come back.
