I’m pleased with this electric wheelchair repair company. They customer service representative that took my call was super friendly and knowledgeable. The technician that worked on my Permobil C300 Chair was the best I have ever seen. They used original replacement parts and got me moving around again fast. The price was fair and reasonable. We have been using this company for many years and they always do great job working on my mother’s electric wheelchair.
Recently her chair needed a replacement part where her insurance allowable reimbursement for it was lower than the cost. Yet this company agreed to do the repair and got it replaced even at a loss to accommodate us as a repeat customer! All I can say is WOW!
