I always received a 5 stars customer service from this team. They take the time to make sure I am happy with the car I am renting from them. They always accommodate my needs. I have recommended this rental branch to a few of my coworkers and they have been very satisfied with the overall service.

Typically the car rental experience is nothing to write about. However, in this instance the I could not have been more pleased. I had rented a compact car while waiting for a new SUV to be delivered by a close-by dealership. I usually do not accept the insurance coverage for rentals, but I'm sure glad I did this time. I was rear ended on the 55 Fwy, and the next day I went to exchange the damaged car, and because of the insurance, there was no hassle. Just handed them my keys, they gave me new keys and away I went. Staff was friendly and helpful.
