I ordered flowers to be delivered to my fiancé’s office and I wanted it to be a surprise. Later that afternoon I found out that the flowers had not been delivered. I was told the driver is on the road and will be there soon. Over an hour goes by and nothing. I called the store again and I was told it would probably be another hour. By this time my fiancé was off work and the flowers never got delivered. The sad part of this experience is the Flower Shop is only 5 miles from where she worked.
