Purchased a house in OKC in December 2015. Before I could borrow on it House doctors installed four piers and filled the cracks in the brick. Late that summer I first noticed the cracks in the brick have reappeared. Not sure when this started as its on a side of the house I never see. I had the realtor email a copy of the work order and called the number on the work order. I got put through to an answering service and left my contact information. Later that day a gentlemen named Ray called from a restricted number and he said he would make a time to come by and look at the wall. Its been over a month and a half so I am thinking that "Lifetime Warranty" that they advertise on there website is pretty much worthless.
