I rent from enterprise almost every weekend the cars are decent but the perks are hard ti come by. The last rental car i had to get an upgrade which I'm not complaining about due to the original car the window controls was damaged so when i got the other car we did a walk around i pointed out a deep scratch mark the guy said we don't worry about that and didn't write it down. So when i went to return the car he pointed outthe same scratch and tried to argue with me about the fact that it was the sameone of course now he completely forgot about it. Thank God i had the insurance or he would have came after me for that. And I have never had a problem with them before. I like the cars better than the customer service. He just dont seem as friendly as the others that was at the 29palms location
