I rented from Willow Tree for about two years while stationed in 29 Palms. I was coming out of state and did a quick internet search before a househunting trip and found them. I'm glad I decided to go through them. I chose them over other property managers in the area for their reliability and responsiveness in locating the perfect property during my time there.



They were quick to address maintenance concerns and routine work, especially the swamp cooler, and gave me ample time and notification before sending a contractor. I had friends who rented from other companies and heard their horror stories, especially when the AC went out in the summer!



When my military orders changed, they easily accommodated my extension request- twice. Check out was easy, I overlooked a few items in the kitchen to clean, but other than paying for basic upkeep, I got most of my deposit back. I highly recommend them!

Find a better realty company. I was tricked out of my (larger than one month's rent) deposit. I was told to "leave the walls" instead of painting them by the realtor Willow, then their maintenance person produced overly-priced receipts for painting the walls. I received copies of the invoices for painting, cleaning, and repairs that were supposed to be from different people or companies yet they all appeared to be made by the same person. I was given pictures of some "repairs" amd "cleaning" needed yet I have identical pictures I took at move-in. The only identical picture I didn't have was the one of feces in the toilet ( which was likely left by someone who entered through the back door that the realtor knew didn't lock after we moved out).

In addition the maintenance repairs from the reality's maintenance guys were shoddy (ie. Replacing tile counter top that broke with veneer in only one half of the kitchen and "replacing heater flutes that left our carbon monoxide detectors going off and us having to open all the doors and windows in the middle of the winter). I could go on...but refuse to devote any more thought to this low budget realty company.
