Traveled to Twin Falls on business and booked the conference room -- unfortunately, the internet connection was so sporadic, I couldn't work in my room, and keep losing connection during our business in the conference room. The manager insisted that it wasn't a problem on their end (assuring, eh?). That was my main complaint, but while there, we had an exterior gas can something from our car while parked in the parking lot. The manager gave a similar response -- this has never happened before, nothing we can do. While both circumstances COULD have been coincidental, the attitude was totally unacceptable.
