Stopped at Chillis while passing through Twin Falls, Chilis is usually a consistent chain. There were six of us and three of the four hot meals were cold when they were served the other two meals werer salads. It took 40 minutes to get our food and the retuarant was not busy (saturday 2:30PM). Two of us sent our meals back and told them to forget it as we did not want to get them back after they were nuked in a microwave. Waitress was unapologetic and there was no manager to be found. very poor excuse of a chili's restaurant with lousy service. I would not recommend visiting this location to anyone.

Nor many restaurants in town...I mean good restaurants so I rate this one the best because consistency and good service. The others chains have similar food quality but terrible service...
