If you want silver jewelry repairs in a hurry, forget it. I dropped off a necklace and it took 3 weeks to repair a very small crack in one link. What's funny, is that they charged me the money when I picked it up, but the crack wasn't even fixed. I took it back in immediately and he fixed it on the spot. So, what took 3 weeks? I have no idea. Very slow service.
