Was at the theater last weekend. Theater Number 4 stunk. When mentioning this to the usher, he said it smells worse than this sometimes. Also, I purchased a large popcorn. The sign says you get one refill same day. Rather than having to leave my movie to go out and stand in line to get my refill, I just bring a bag to dump it in and request my refill right then. I was informed that they are not allowed to give us our refill that way. So, I asked what the rules were other than the stated "same day". She couldn't tell me if I need to wait 30 minutes into the start of my movie or go to the end of the line and wait again to get the entitled refill. Their notice says "same day" and does not say anything about anything else. Why should I pay for a movie that the theater encourages me to leave to get a refill? It is disruptive to me and to the other movie goers that I have to pass in front of to get out of the row and out of the theater. I paid for the popcorn why can't I get the refill when I want it the same day?
