As brand new patients, I have to say we are very disappointed. First of all, we were told we would receive a phone call the very next day letting us know what our (duel coverage) insurance would cover. Two plus weeks later WE called them to ask about our coverage. We were given the excuse that she just didn't have time to call us back. (2 weeks later???) As if that was not enough, we were then told that our portion (after our duel insurance coverage) was astronomical! I was floored. Needless to say... We will NOT be doing business at Ford Family Eye Care, and we will not be referring them to anyone we know. Makes me sad, because we were really wanting to give them a chance. : /

Ford Family Eyecare- Doctors Ed and Tonya Ford offer great caring service. They are very patient. I wear one contact for reading and have a phobia about my eyes being touched. Dr. Ford did a very good job and made me feel very comfortable. Their office staff incudes Shilo their optician is also a great to work with.

I came in needing new glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Ford did something no other Dr. had done for me before. He walked me through my puff test and let me look at the images. I really appreciated that he took the time to do that. Great selection of glasses and I really like the office set up.
