You're not guaranteed if you don't like it. I had the worst experience that I have had in Twin Falls! A lady named Jen did my hair, and it looked so uneven and awful I wanted to hide. I asked her to fix it and she said she's too busy with kids and life. Seems if you want your customers to return, you fix the problem. Been going to this saloon since they opened the doors, this being my 4th time now. This was the first problem. But it should have either been fixed or refunded the 100.00 so I can at least get it fixed!
