Provided by YPmobileI went to JCPenney salon once and had great experience, but today as I tried to call them, the person on the other end put me on hold for a very long time not once, but both times I called. I can understand if they had customers waiting, but I don't think I should have to wait forever just to get an appointment. This was a very disappointing experience for sure. This salon just lost my business for their poor service.
