horrible service

Sold us bad battery and would not replace it...would not honor their own warranty. Will not be back.

I bought a service from Les Schwab and 4 months later had the same issue that should have been fixed. When I went back in not only did they not fix the issue, or offer a discount, or try to rectify the situation in anyway, but everything they said was contradictory to what I was told the first time, they blamed me for the issues and insulted me personally. I told the associate that what he was telling me made me feel like he was lying and he said he did not care. For a company that talks about “building trust” in their mission statement the way this associate acted certainly does not reflect well on the company. I will not be returning to this store for any further service ever again.
