Horrible. My husband got me the deal where you got a varity of services for discounted price, I only used one.  First of all, getting the appointment is a nightmare, no one ever answered the phone, and when it went to voice mail, it sounded like somejoe blows phone..no professionalism at all.  It said with the hair cut (AND ALL SERVICES) you recieve a complimentary drink, I was never offered one.  The haircut came with a deep hair conditioning treatment, I did not get one.  I am pretty easy going about my hair, if i dont like a cut..it will grow.  However, the style I left with was a ratted bump in the back of my head  as the current style was.  I havent ratted my hair since 1985.  When i got home is when i clarified what services i was to receive and saw i got nothing.  I got a $50 haircut at a great clips place basically.  After speaking to friends, they recieved same treatment.I didnt bother going back to get my other 5 services.
