Terrible Customer Service

I offered a positive suggestion to the owner of the store, and was very poorly treated. I will never go to Poindexter's again because of this. The store feels run down and dirty as well. I wanted to return a few items, that didn't fit, and wasn't even offered store credit. Their store policy is no exchanges or returns, though they never tell you this at check out and their posted signs are hidden or on your already purchased receipt. You are unable to try on clothes so if you want to purchase an item, make sure you know it will fit or you will be have to deal with the rude and unprofessional staff.
