Very Disappointed in how the receptionist treated me she was very rude to me when I had to switch my appointment (it was 48 hour notice within the 24 hour notice window) She let me know how inconvenient for her it was and that I can't just reschedule whenever I want. Then proceeded to tell me my insurance wont cover having my cavity filled so i would have to pay out of pocket. I then called my insurance and they said she never called and yes they would cover 100% of the bill. Why Lie. I like Dr Hall but I'm sorry I don't deserve to be treated like that. Never going back

I had the worst dental experience of my life at the hands of dr. hall. over a 3 year period I spent 4000 dollars on crowns and root canals and NONE of them held up. don't go to this office or you will be very very sorry for years to come.
