Do not stay here. Aside from the fact that this motel is not properly maintained, management is the real problem. I overheard Jhonny(the current manager) tell a tenant that he was not allowed to speak to him about needed repair to his room if the owner was even on the property. Seemed a little strange to me. Most tenants don't have many options as far as affordable housing as many have very limited incomes and some have criminal records. This makes most of them unwilling to complain too much for fear of being evicted. I am glad I don't live there anymore and I feel sorry for those people that don't have many choices.

Heard many bad things about this motel from drugs to x convicts to prostitution. Stayed several weeks undercover of homeless man. What I saw and was subject too was deplorable the manager was prejudiced and was throwing people out after paying rents with no refunds coming up with false reasons to do so. Rooms badly maintained no toilet paper given out and you had to maintain your own room which means no maid service . The owner I am not sure if he was aware of management and how Juan runs his motel in any event now he knows through this review rent on average was over 600.00 up to 750.00 which is highway robbery due to the conditions of this failing motel . The Wi-Fi does not connect due to managements family on it 24/7 and taking away all signal . The tenants are afraid to speak up about manager Juan as they are in no position to move I would hope that owner would see the light and replace this manager for his bad management skill find another motel for the time being
