We were referred to the Wright Brothers via an attorney in the Boise area. A large retainer was required - and we were assured that the retainer would not be exhausted by the practicing attorney. Due to inefficiency and just plain sloppy legal work the entire retainer was exhausted and a balance due remained.A complaint was brought to the attention of the practicing attorney. There was an admission from this attorney of dragging out the mediation process due to the attorney not scheduling properly and not making proper documentation during the mediation. The practicing attorney said that "she" thought she had it all in her memory and didn't feel a need to write anything down. Thus requiring MANY exchanges after the mediation appointment. No actions were taken to remedy the drained retainer account.I would suggest anyone dealing with any type of family law dispute look elsewhere.
