Gino has a great group of people here. They worked with me to be able to get financing for my first car. They are also willing to fix anything that goes wrong. My airbag light went on on the ride home from Carena Motors. I called them and they actually picked the car up and fixed it for me. That is going above and beyond as far as I'm concerned.

The best place to buy a used car in the Cleveland area hands down. Carena Motors has the best prices, and best service I've ever dealt with.

The service is impeccable. There is nowhere else that you can go to get absolutely ZERO pressure sales when you buy a used car. They are the best in the business. If they offered new cars, I would buy every care from Carena Motors.

All I can say is that if you happen to find one of their cars online when you’re looking, at least give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed by Carena Motors. They treated me like I was family. I didn’t feel like they needed me to buy the car I came to see. It was actually a great experience!

I bought my truck from Carena Motors last year from Dan. Not only was the truck in excellent condition but it was also the lowest priced around. What I really like about Carena Motors is that there are no high pressure salesmans like you find at other dealerships and the process of buying my truck was smooth and quick. I live in Columbus and found a really nice Audi A4 online at Carena Motors. I really wanted to buy the car, but couldn’t talk on the phone at work, so I contacted them via email and needed to work out the whole transaction that way. I’ve tried this with other dealers and they always resisted, but Randy had no problem helping me out this way. I knew all the specifics before I made the 2 hr drive to look at the car. The transaction went very smoothly once I got there and the car has been perfect ever since.

We were shopping for a Chevy Suburban and found a great deal at Carena Motors. Their salesman were very helpful with NO HIGH PRESSURE sales. They were very fair in negotiating a deal. We bought our suburban from Carena and have been pleased with the whole experience.

I bought a 2009 Acura MDX from Carena motors over the weekend and I am very happy with everything regarding the transaction. The salesman was about as low pressure as I can ever remember experiencing at any car dealer, the car was clean and runs really well, and I got a great rate on the loan. I was in and out in about an hour and a half!
