Terrible this dirty store must have gone down hill. Staff rude. There was an item that they forget to mark with a crayon, they don't use stickers, and when I asked they decided to keep it and wouldn't let me buy it. They claimed they hadn't inventoried it yet, then how did it get there claimed it was a mistake then inventory mark it and give it back nope keep it. I have found unmarked things at other Goodwill's they mark it and give it back. They wanted to keep it. Shame on them I know this is not allowed. The item was a notebook/ipad.If I knew how I would report this employee to the Goodwill headquarters, I wish I had of got a name or I would figure it out.

This Goodwill Store is THE CLEANEST Goodwill store I have been in, in Northeast Ohio! The staff is COURTEOUS and helpful, unlike some of the other Goodwill stores that I have patronized.
