Scheduled a regular Auto-Butler check and had breakfast all in one place. How great is that?

I came in for an oil change on the Ford Focus I bought at Sonju two years ago. As usual, the staff was very accommodating when I scheduled the oil change. I live almost two hours from Two Harbors and don't get down that way very often, and when I do, I have a lot of shopping and other errands in Duluth that I am trying to squeeze into a short time frame. Sonju has been very gracious in scheduling appointments that will work for me. When they change my oil, they do a thorough job checking my vehicle over and letting me know when it's time to do other scheduled maintenance. Last time, they even told Dave Houly, who sold me my car, that I was there, and he came over and chatted with me about how things were going with my car while I waited for my oil change.

Had a message on my car of Service All Wheel Drive System" also needed the transmission flushed.

My experience with Sonju was excellent. They kept me informed of everything that was happening with my wife's vehicle. They were prompt and very polite. Everyone I dealt with made us feel like we were their only customer and that we what our needs were was all that mattered. By far it was the best experience my wife and I have ever had dealing with a garage and we won't bring our car anywhere else but Sonju.
