I've purchased a number of automotive parts from this business, and I have been pleased with every one of them. Plus, even of non-inventoried parts, I've saved hundreds!

I broke down in Manitowoc, WI - a bad transfer case. These people obtained another one - supposedly "rebuilt" and under warranty. Less than 3,000 miles later that transfer case fell apart. Their "warranty"?? I could sit in Knoxville, TN for 3-5 days while they shipped another case here THEN I had to pay the labor anyway to swap them out. I also would get to pay my motel bills and meals while waiting. Total REAL value of their "warranty"? Less than ZERO. thanks guys for selling me a piece of crap transfer case then running away rather than doing the right thing and paying the bill when it failed.
