A truly awful dining experience. Plenty of better places to eat on Tybee.

My family vacations on tybee every year- this year we decided to try something different- this restaurant had the best food and service - the shrimp were fried just right and the snow crab was awesome. Owner wasn't much of a personality but the server was very funny and attentive- would recommend bringing a jacket- little cold inside building! The fried strawberry dessert was the bomb.

Be careful. The first night we went there the waitress never gave us the "other" menu. Therefore we never got the seafood specials nor the other specials. Ordered salad and baked potato. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we went back. That night I ordered Mahi-Mahi which came with baked potato and vegetables. My baked potato turned out black but the fish was very good; my husband ordered Filet Migeon Stir fry. Watch out as the do not know how to cook it medium rare; seems it is just very well done. The rice that came with it was cold and terrible. All of this even after we had told the owner about our previous experience and also how bad this was. His comment was "Well, we've been having trouble with that..". So first time shame on me; second time shame on them. We won't be back and we will not recommend it either. Stay clear and save your money!! Like it in Daytona Beach better.
