If you're white or Looking to be over charged for a lemon, A B Rent a Car is the place to go. Any specials they offer are bogus. I have never been so disgusted by a low level company in my life. Take my warning PLEASE! Every time I had a issue with my vehicle FRANK would talk down to me like I was his child. Went to go get to alternator fixed on the loaner car because the motor in my car blew after having it less than a year and he literally gave me a lesson on how to start the car after my parents and I showed him the tricks to make it turn over. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!

Provided by YPmobileWorst place to rent a car!!! Car wouldn't crank they came and got it brought it back later that day refused to give any money back even though they had it a whole day!!! Plus they're higher that hertz and enterprise $306.00 for two days smh avoid this place!!!0

Provided by YPmobileYou are better off taking your hard earned money elsewhere. This company has a bunch of scam artists and bad business practices. I highly recommend NOT purchasing and/or renting from here. Total ripoff! Save yourself the hassle, headache and heartache.

Provided by YP.comi bought a car from these people 40 days ago since then i havent recieved my title and on top of that the car is running hot the radiator has a huge leak in it the valve cover where placed inproperly which caused the radiator to burst i told dem about it they offered to rent me a car for 45 a day but the engine was my problem no help at all im very dissatisfied with their service i wouldnt recommend anyone to rent or buy a car from them unless u want a lemon also i paid 3,500 for this car 3 days later the alternator went out since i purchased this car i been having problems out of it dont buy from them or rent from them i even recommended a neighbor to buy from them the same day i bought mines n her car brakes went out and she needed a new battery da next day after she bought it
Good morning! My name is Frank Cervera Jr. I am the owner/ president of AB RENT-A-CAR INC. I remember selling this car to this person. This was not a financed vehicle. She purchased this vehicle in full. The alternator did go out 3 day's later. What she's failed to mention is that when she called three days later telling us she was stranded because the car broke down, we immediately picked her and the car up brought them in. I put her in a rental vehicle free at no charge while her vehicle was being repaired. No charge for the part and no charge for the labor. We didn't here anything else from her until she called us stating that she'd gotten pulled over in Big Sandy and they impounded her car due to no insurance. She was asking us to help her get it out of impound for her. After she got her car out of impound, she called a week later saying the valve covers were leaking and the radiator had a hole in it. We feel the car being picked up by a wrecker may have done this damage. (She had this car for a month and a half with no radiator problem and no over heating issue) Due to the radiator getting a hole, her car was overheating. She continued to drive it causing the motor to make a noise. We asked her if she had fixed the radiator and she stated that she had not fixed it. We asked her to bring the vehicle in and we would check it for her. She did and we found that she never fixed the radiator and continued to drive the car with no water and damaged the engine. She needed a way to get her children to school and a way to work, with no money. I told her I would take her car in trade and I would put her in another car using our Rent-To-Own program. This is what we did and she's still in it. We feel that we've went above and beyond to help this customer. We try helping all of our customers because we know they have to get there children to daycare's, school, and get them self's to work and I will continue to do all I call to satisfy my costumers.

Very easy to get along with and they work with you, unlike many of the other rental places! We have used them several times and would only use them in the future!!!!
