Did a very good job with installation, but when repairs were needed, were non-responsive to phone calls, finally came out about a month later, told us that they would let us know what was needed but didn't and then failed to respond to phone calls and emails. We are stuck with an air conditioner that doesn't work. Very, very disappointing.
