Used to love going to this restaurant when I would go to Tyler. It seems the service gets worse and worse with each visit. My husband and I went a couple weeks ago, we were seated promptly as it was a Wednesday and not busy. We sat at our table for FIFTEEN minutes before anyone waited on us. Several servers walked by our table during that time. There were no drinks on our table considering we hadn't been waited on yet and I figured to other servers that would be a good sign of us not being helped yet. Still, no one waited on us. Finally a male server stopped by our table and said "oh have you been waited on yet?" We ordered our drinks (water and coffee) and our meals. Another TEN minutes passed and we still didn't have our drinks. How does it take over 10 minutes to get coffee and water??? They weren't busy at all! I could understand if the coffee wasn't made yet but I saw another table get their coffee while I was waiting so I know it was made. We walked out before receiving anything. When the hostess said "Thanks for coming" I told her about our experience and all she said back was "oh. sorry." How about be professional and ask if I can speak to a manager? Will not be going back and I have been spreading the news to others so that they don't waste their time. Several people I have mentioned it to say they have had similar experiences there. What a shame!

Cheddar's is the place to go when you just want to have a good time with family or friends. I love its casual setting so i can just go and be comfortable. The prices of the food is very reasonable and you get all of your money's worth. This is my favorite place to hang out and eat. Hands Down! Don't forget about the best Margarita's in town!

MY FAMILY AND I WENT TO CHEDDARS FOR A GRADUATION DINNER. IT WAS A PARTY OF 25-30 PEOPLE. AND AT CHEDDARS YOU CAN NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS SO SOME OF THE PARTY SHOWED UP EARLY TO MAKE SURE WE HAD ENOUGH TABLES AND SEATS.AND INFROMED THE HOSTESS THE REST OF THE PARTY WOULD BE THERE AT 1 O'CLOCK. SO WHEN 1 O'CLOCK CAME EVEN THOUGH THE MAJORITY OF THE PARTY WAS THERE THE HOSTESS WOULD NOT SEAT THEM UNTIL EVERYONE ARRIVED. WHEN I GOT THER AT 1:15 OUR TABLES WERE GIVEN AWAY. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER HE INFORMED US THAT SINE THE ENTIRE PARTY WAS NOT THERE THEY GAVE THE TABLE AWAY AND WHEN WE SAID LETS CALL AND SEE WHAT CHILLI'S HAVE HE SAID AND I QUOTE" GOOD. GO TO CHILLI'S." BY NOW A HOSTESS TELLS US THEY HAVE SOME TABLES BUT THEY ARE NOT ALL TOGETHER WE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND EAT. BUT THE MANAGER ONLY SENT ONE WAITER TO HELP 30 PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

CHEDDARS IS ALWAYS GREAT! THE SHRIMP AND CHICKEN ASIAN SALAD IS HARD TO BEAT!
