Went by after work to get a new motherboard, got one and went home to install it. Ended up needing a different CPU fan since the one I had wouldn't fit and I called at 6:40 (20 mins before they closed) to tell them I was on my way and was only 5 mins out. Lady on the phone told me they were closed and wouldn't wait for me. I needed to have my computer up and running that night. So I had to go to Best Buy and buy a whole new computer to get up and running. Next morning I took back the motherboard and they charged me a 8% restocking fee.... wow. Never going back.

If you bring in a request for a specific part, they have it, or can get it quickly. If you are building your own computer, they can help with matching compatible parts. If you have a computer that needs to be fixed, they can handle that too. Every question I have had any time I go to the store is answered quickly, precisely and knowledgeably. The staff is courteous and friendly. Great place!
