Loved the Doctor I saw in the beginning, however she was out to have a baby, so I ended up with another doctor. Not happy with him. Really not sure what he did? I still have the mole, have a scare and it's not healing after a month. Now have to get back with the busiest scheduler in East Texas and wait for her to call me back.

lady on the phone seemed in a rush when trying to schedule an appointment. sounded rude and didnt even want to help me out kindly.

I didn't and would never make an appointment to go here because of how they treated me on the phone. The lady scheduling seemed very much in a hurry to get off the phone with me and only wanted to get my information to schedule without answering any of the questions I had. I understand that they can't give me a precise cost for what my visit would be without seeing me, but she could have given me an estimate. She said she couldn't tell me at all, that she wasn't at liberty to give me an estimate. I hesitated for just a couple seconds to decide what I wanted to do, and as I started to talk, she cut me off and said "Would you like to just give us a call back when you decide?" As I began to answer, she cut me off again and said "Okay, bye!" I was left feeling like they really didn't care about me and had no time at all for my cares or concerns. I ended up making an appointment with Wallis Dermatology because they acted the complete opposite and treated me great on the phone, and they actually answered my questions with patience and kindness.
