We have owned our Hot Spring spa for 19 years now, and have throughly enjoyed it. We cannot imagine not having it. But all man made products can have a problem, and that is why I am writing this. We have had 6 service calls in the 19 years we have enjoyed our hot tub. (The last one just 2 months ago) I am absolutely amazed that not only does East Texas Spa have the parts, but they have total knowledge to repair my old hot tub. I only wish I could say the same thing about my hot water heater, A.C., and dishwasher! Thank you Stephan and his service department for not only getting me back "in hot water" quickly, but for their training on all Hot Spring spas including my Dinosaur. I challenge anybody to try to get a 19 year old anything fixed now days or even find parts. Thanks again, and we constantly let people know where to buy their Hot tub.

Total professionalism, and fantastic product. They came through with everything they promised. And of course we just love our Hot Spring spa also. From the sales staff, to the delivery crew, to the after the delivery check-ups, it has been a blast. Ask them for a neighborhood party when you get one. It was a hoot! If you are in the market for a spa, you got to check them out. They have had the same line of spas since they started, and know what they are talking about. We know that if we ever have a problem, they will be there for us and have the parts they need. Go see 'um, you won't have any regrets.

We purchased our spa about a year ago and have loved it. We use it almost everyday with no troubles what so ever. East Texas Spa was informative for purchase and helped with any questions we had. The staff and installation was very professional and helpful every step of the way. We would highly recommend them.
