Terrible in-store customer service! I purchased a gift card from this store for $120. Two days later, my dogs got ahold of the gift card and chewed it up a bit. All numbers were legible and the card still intact, I just did not want to give a chewed up gift card as a Christmas gift. I called the store to ask if they would transfer the money over to a new gift card, and the absolutely REFUSED! They said it was NOT their problem and pretty much that I lost my $120. They offered no assistance whatsoever and was rude as all get out! I called their customer service department and the representative was very helpful. She also called the store to ask why they wouldn't transfer the money to a new card and they said it wasn't their policy. The representative pulled the money off the card and emailed a gift card with no problem. After, I then had her transfer me to the complaint department and placed a complaint. I will NEVER give my business to this store ever again!
