Believe me, I have tried every donut shop in Tyler TX, and Gentry Donuts are the best. My favorite donut in the world is Krispy Kreme straight from the store, not the grocery store shipped in donuts. Gentry Donuts are not too sweet, or too squishy. The owners are lovely, and they treat regulars, of which there are many, with great generosity and appreciation. I love the Maple long johns, and plain glazed donuts. I hope everyone will try them out, even though they are in North Tyler. You will be glad you did!
