H. Scott Osborne, PA-C, has been in the medical field for 30 plus years. He has been in practice with Dr. Mark S. Wallis, since 2001. Prior to that, he practiced in family medicine in Longview. Scott spent 20 years in the United States Air Force, stationed in Texas, California, Florida, Alabama, Belgium and Crete. His career in the USAF included 12 years as an emergency room medic and supervisor and 8 years as a Family Practice physician assistant. Mr. Osborne graduated from high school in Hampton, Virginia, and graduated from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s degree in 1992 and his master’s degree in 1999.
