Provided by YPmobileFirst time customer; ordered to go had to return three times to get the order right, then manager was reluctant to either replace the meal or compensate but eventually agree to replace the meal only to find hair all in my replaced meal. Too many hairs to be a coincidence. So, obviously I won't be going back. I digress.

Provided by YP.comWARNING---FOOD POISONING!!! October 3, 2014 my spouse and I had dinner - I had shrimp dish. Awoke at midnight with severe nausea and diarrhea with extreme dizziness. Spent next four hours on bathroom floor with continued vomiting and diarrhea. Fainted trying to get back to bed and remained on floor suffering from terrible chills and labored breathing for several more hours. Remained in bathroom and bed all day Saturday, Sunday and most of Monday. Severe case of shellfish poisoning . Fortunately for me my spouse is healthcare practitioner and able to tend to me. I contacted the company (in person and by phone) and were very unconcerned and even unwilling to provide a management person for me to talk with. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I eat at Happy's Fish House or either of their other two restaurants, Posada's or Mercado, in Tyler.

Provided by YPmobileJust picked up a $15.00 meal that I could not eat because I had no idea it was Cajun. I called and the lady I spoke with was very kind and sweet and asked me to hold while she got a manager. I held a while and finally talked to a manager who informed me that all the food there was Cajun spiced to some extent. Sure wish they told me that before I spent 15.00 for food I couldn't eat.
