This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. This location is literally 5-6 minutes from my home but I drive all the way across town to the other location. Their customer service is horrible and their food is even worse.
I place a call in order and I get there to pick it up...I'm not greeted nor thanked for patronizing their restaurant. The waitress told me the amount and I give her my card but there isn't a register at the front so she takes my card to the back; comes back the the receipts and a pen, sits it on the counter and walks away. When I got home I looked at my receipt and they charged me a package fee and included a tip, needless to say I WILL NOT be spending any more of my money there.
