For healthcare professionals, the attainment of licensure and formal education does not mark the end of learning. We are responsible for continually developing our knowledge and skills through continuing education and self-directed professional growth. The vision of Pedagogy is to facilitate and encourage the process of lifelong learning for healthcare professionals around the world. After seven years of teaching nursing education in a classroom-style setting, Capra found herself seeking new solutions for the multitude of problems that facilities face ensuring the continuing competency of their staff. While hesitant at first, Capra found herself embracing the solutions that online education offers. Pedagogy was officially incorporated in January of 2010, and the rest, as they say, is history!
