I would never buy another car from anything with the Peltier name on it. My experience from them happened years and years ago and I'm still not over it. They took advantage of me being younger and unwise at the time. I ended up paying a crazy amount for a used Honda with 30K miles on it. Could have bought a new one. They lied to me about how " not to get it refinanced because it would hurt my credit score". They gave me one payment amount then came back after I agreed with higher number after they saw I would agree. I knew nothing about interest rates or credit scores back then. Its alot different now. But the sales person at the time was LUIS. If he still works there , I'm not sure how he even sleeps being involved in this chaos. After I found out at my bank ( which I still got refinanced despite them ) how bad they used me I went back to speak with the finance rep. He said... "Yes they F@#ked you. Your not the first. Not even the first person this week. Happens all the time. Sorry " The car ended up being the best car I really ever owned but that's because it was a Honda. Not because of where I bought it. Robert Peltier has profited alot off myself and everyone else who will let them. Thats ok. You cant take all that money to Hell with you. If whomever reads this would that represents Peltier would like for me to call them , let me know. I'd be glad to. Hopefully you can tell me things are different now.

My wife and I went to this location on the 30th to look at a used car while trading in her vehicle. The sales person was nice enough until we sat down and then he proceeded to ignore my wife completely...only asking her direct questions when it came time to fill out the application for credit. I guess this is one of those Good Old Boys dealerships that prefers to do business with men and men only. That should have been enough to get up and leave, but my wife really wanted the vehicle they had, so we stayed long enough for this person to insult my trade-in and then give an estimate towards what they were willing to pay. We never asked for anything off the car we were interested in buying; all we wanted was for them to pay off what we owned and call it even...nope! So, we got up and left without any attempt from anyone there to stop us. Peltier must be doing so pretty good business if at the end of the month they need not concern themselves with making a sale. That mentality was apparent when we exited the building and saw 8 of the sales staff just standing outside...I recommend that customers interested in buying a car or truck instead visit Jack O'Diamonds.

GREAT place for Service. Everyone is so nice and helpful, the advisors are knowledgable but they are not at all condescending. One of the things that I really like is the Christian music on the radio.

Luis is a very good sales man.He gave me coffee & answered all my questions.

The sales department was extremely helpful and assisted me almost immediately. After purchasing a vehicle the service after the sale remains incredible. I would highly recommend at least stopping by and giving them a chance.
