Management is so rude, and nobody is ever in the office during listed hours. Parking is awful, the place smells, maintenance is terrible. Overall an horrible experience. Don't move in here. Pay more to move somewhere else if need be.

Look elsewhere to live. I've been living here for about 2 years in the beginning it was fine but when. BH management took over everything went down hill.. Im now paying $606 for the same 1 bedroom apartment that I was paying $565 for and also now must pay water, gas and trash which uses to be free or included utilities. These apartments are old out dated and don't have ceiling fans in the living room. I'm moving as soon as I find another place hell there are houses for lease at this price so please don't move here. There are plenty of other better quality apartments in town check those out.

An apartment is the place were you live and a place you must feel rested and confident that it is a safe environment. Must apartments are the same and there is no difference from one another. But, here at River Oaks the management will go well beyond just to make your stay here a great one. I was able to come by and they had all my applications finished and ready for me to move in, within 3 days, which was a live saver. This is a great place as well as safe for children and a place that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great environment.
