The store itself is perfect and great to have nearby, but the girl working this morning was so rude to me that I almost left without the product I needed. I asked her if she could help me pick the right product because the last thing I did to my hair turned out not as expected. She seriously scoffed at me as she answered my questions, and as I kept asking questions, her tone got ruder. I finally said, "look, I'm sorry but I just need a little help understanding so I don't mess this up again." As far as I know, she seemed to know what she was talking about, but the rudeness was so extreme, I left out of there embarrassed for asking for help.
