A wonderful evening enjoying this beautiful Christmas park with my children, grandchildren, and mother was ruined by an unfortunate incident involving gift store staff. My adult daughter was followed to the car by a woman from the gift store. She asked my daughter if the cashier forgot to give her change. My daughter explained she had not made a purchase. The woman then said a shoplifter had been reported and my daughter fit the description. Of course my daughter defended herself.more words were exchanged. My daughter emptied her pockets. Peoplle stared. My daughter told the woman this is embarrassing and humiliating the response was "no it's really not". Anyway Santa Land you are no longer the only drive through Christmas park in the area so you better improve your customer service and consider training staff in handling presumed shoplifting. We will continue attempting to reach management. An apology would be nice. We will not be back.
